|The little corella (Cacatua sanguinea) is a member of the cockatoo family and can be found in central and eastern Australia and also parts of Papua New Guinea. They grow to 35ג€“41 cm so are smaller than the more well-known Sulphur Crested Cockatoo. They mostly live in large flocks which can be into the thousands. |
Corellas can be very noisy especially in the morning and evenings when they leave and return to the tress where they roost. They are not the slightest bit endangered.
